- Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST typically ship the next business day.
- Depending on carrier pickup availability, dispatch may take 2–3 business days.
- Carriers deliver on weekdays only (Monday–Friday), generally between 8 AM and 5 PM.

- Please take clear photos or videos if damage is present and contact our support team.

- If your item arrives damaged, please photograph or video the damage and email our support team right away.
