📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Hawaii is included in our free shipping coverage.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Freight carriers require a physical street address (no P.O. boxes).

  • Massage chairs always ship via freight due to size and weight (curbside delivery).
  • Smaller accessories may ship via UPS or USPS, depending on size and rates.
  • We choose reliable carriers that offer the best value and availability for your destination.
  • Prefer a specific freight company? We can accommodate this with an additional shipping fee.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST typically ship the next business day.
  • Depending on carrier pickup availability, dispatch may take 2–3 business days.
  • Carriers deliver on weekdays only (Monday–Friday), generally between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Most massage chairs ship from the Los Angeles area. Typical transit times after pickup:

  • Southern California:1–2 business days
  • East Coast:5–7 business days
  • Seasonal note: December is peak season for freight; delays may occur.

🏠 Freight Delivery Details (What to Expect)

  • Curbside delivery only—carriers do not bring items inside, unpack, or assemble.
  • White-glove service is not available through our freight partners.
  • The freight company or driver will call to schedule a delivery appointment window.
  • Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the packaging and item; note any visible damage on the receipt.
  • Please take clear photos or videos if damage is present and contact our support team.

🔎 Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, our team emails your tracking number and carrier details.
  • The freight company will typically call to confirm your delivery appointment.

🛡️ Damages, Refusals & Missing Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please photograph or video the damage and email our support team right away.
  • Always note visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.
  • Refused deliveries or re-delivery requests may incur carrier fees; we’ll send an invoice for payment.
  • All shipments are insured; you will not be charged for lost shipments.
